One Year Older, And Wiser Too!

Yesterday I woke-up to beautiful weather outside, for a February day. It was not like any other day. It was Clare's (my father-in-law) 63rd birthday! So we arranged a birthday dinner at our house for Clare. Brandon prepared some delicious pork chops, potatoes, peas, and stuffing. It turned out great! As we ate, we sat around and had a nice chat.

Other then birthdays this month, the only new thing is that the Doctor's have finally found out why I've been getting really bad pains. GALL STONES!! I meet with the surgeon this Wednesday to discuss the surgery. I'm hoping they schedule me soon!

Valentine's!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Well, Brandon had to work Valentine's Day, but oh well, that meant I got to have Jax cuddle and love me for the day! So I decided to take some pic.'s of him in his red shirt snuggling with some pink pillows.

Brandon arranged for my mom to take care of Jax for a couple hours so we could have some alone time. It was the first time I would be leaving Jax with someone for that long. I was definitely a bit nervous, but I knew my mom would do a great job, knowing she raised 8 kids! So while I packed up Jax and took him out to my mom's, Brandon was up to a little mischief at home. He prepared a candlelit dinner with pink roses and a card all for me! He made me lemon peppered chicken breast, with rice, corn, and pink lemonade! My favorite! Afterwards he treated me to an hour long massage. He definitely knows the way to my heart! I love him so much!
